Mollitiam AI Auditor - Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Mollitiam AI Auditor, a SaaS product provided by Mollitiam Solutions, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing and using Mollitiam AI Auditor ("Service"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms of Service.

Mollitiam AI Auditor provides automated AI-based audits of IT Recovery Plans. The Service is sold on a per-audit basis, and no subscription is required. Industry best practices for IT Recovery Planning assessing are utilized that may meet or exceed formal industry standards. However, the audits and the resulting reports provided by this automated audit service are not guaranteed to comply to formal certified industry standards.

The Service is only available to companies based in the United States.
Each audit is sold as a single-use, per-unit purchase.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you submit.
Any customer submitting data that is not theirs will be liable for all potential harm of its use. Mollitiam Solutions LLC will not be liable for customers submitted data unlawfully.
Reports are often provided in about 10 minutes from artifact upload, however, that performance level is not guaranteed. The customer allows Mollitiam Solutions up to five business days to resolve an technical issues and produce the audit report.
Self-serve use is not allowed for the intent of the report's content resale or transference to the purchaser's clients or their third parties. Mollitiam Solutions LLC only allows reuse of the reports content or report with a "White Label" agreement between the business and Mollitiam Solutions, LLC.

All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are handled via third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments).
Upon successful payment, the audit process will begin, and a report will be generated and delivered electronically. Most reports I delivered within one business day.

Mollitiam Solutions, LLC retains ownership of the Mollitiam AI Auditor platform and software.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audit report for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of your uploaded data.
You are not allowed to "white label", rebrand or transfer portions of the content or Mollitiam AI audit report to your clients / customers or third parties without the consent of Mollitiam Solutions, LLC.

The Service provides automated, informational reports. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, compliance audits, or legal advice.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the audit output for any particular purpose.
Mollitiam Solutions, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Service.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit.

Once an audit has been processed and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless the service fails to deliver due to a technical issue we cannot resolve.

Your data may be processed using infrastructure hosted by AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Shopify.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

All content, branding, software, and reports provided by Mollitiam AI Auditor are the intellectual property of Mollitiam Solutions, LLC.
