At Mollitiam Solutions, LLC, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use Mollitiam AI Auditor.

Business and Contact Information: Name, email, payment information (via Shopify), and company affiliation.
Audit Data: Documents and content you upload for auditing.
Usage Data: Transaction records, usage patterns (non-personalized).

To improve the Service. However, be assured we do not keep your artifact document data for model training, the customer artifact data is deleted and purged five calendar days from the date of its upload by the customer.

Uploaded documents and audit data are stored in dedicated, private, cloud storage buckets provisioned for each customer transaction.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (cloud provider-managed encryption).
Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) expiration policies are enforced on upload mechanisms to minimize exposure risk.
Pre-signed URLs are utilized to dedicated temporary storage to minimize potential data storage vulnerabilities.
Uploaded data is only accessible to authorized processing systems and is never shared with third parties outside the scope of delivering the service.
After audit processing is completed, all temporary storage locations are purged and deleted in an automated process to prevent residual data retention.
Infrastructure is hosted across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Shopify, leveraging security best practices from these providers.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We only share data with third parties in a secure way as necessary to provide the Service.

Uploaded audit data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report and for quality assurance, unless legally required otherwise.
Temporary storage: Uploaded audit files are stored only as long as necessary to process and deliver your audit report.
Automated data deletion: Upon completion of the audit, the data is automatically purged from storage buckets used in the process within five calendar days.
Persistent storage: Only anonymized operational logs and metadata (e.g., transaction IDs, audit time) are retained for compliance and support purposes.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. data privacy regulations. Since the service is for U.S. businesses only, international data protection laws like GDPR are not directly applicable.
