Each topic is scored from 1 to 5 based on how well your recovery plan addresses that specific area. The AI uses semantic analysis and recovery best practices to assess each one.

Each audit covers a single recovery plan. You can submit multiple plans individually. All plan elements must be represented in the PDF file submitted. In the future Mollitiam AI will be supporting multiple artifact submissions in the tools next generation.

Yes. Files are stored in dedicated, encrypted storage, and automatically purged five days after processing. You can request a sooner artifact and report deletion by contacting support@mollitiamai.com

No. The process is fully automated unless you request human QA or consulting services. Those additional services are in addition to the audit fee, and only at the request of the customer.

No, though it is maintained in the secure and dedicated store for the customer for five calendar days then automatically purged. This is done to allow time for the customer to download the file and address potential support matters.

No, the system is fully automated and isolated by user data set. In the rare case a technical issue were to arise where the automation fails and the report is not produced, we commit to deleting your artifact and its related secure data collection without opening or viewing them. We may then ask you to resubmit your artifact again at no cost to you. Our system's workflow is designed around isolating and keeping your data private, even in support scenarios.

Mollitiam Solutions LLC is based in the United States (Arizona).

PDF files only. The PDF file can contain images, text, tables, etc. However, if it includes embedded documents as attachments, e.g., an Excel document attached as an embedding it will not be processed.
